About Me
I spent more than three decades working with tweens, teens, and young adults as a music educator before gradually transitioning into the health and wellness field around 2015. That shift began when I noticed a concerning trend: many young people seemed less confident, less curious, and less joyful than previous generations. Wanting to better understand how to support them, I pursued certifications in health coaching, life coaching, social-emotional learning, and meditation and mindfulness. I later earned a Graduate Certificate in Family Life Education and Coaching from North Carolina State University, giving me an even stronger foundation to help young people and their families thrive.
